These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AL-MODINA Aluminium Furniture & Interior website and the interior design, custom aluminium furniture, cabinetry, consultation, manufacturing, delivery, installation, and related services provided by AL-MODINA Aluminium Furniture & Interior (“AL-MODINA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a consultation, approving a quotation, making a payment, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
If a separate quotation, invoice, design approval, work order, or written project agreement contains terms that differ from these general Terms, the terms of the project-specific written agreement will apply to that project.
AL-MODINA may provide services including:
The exact scope of each project will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice, design proposal, work order, or written agreement.
Information submitted through our website, phone, email, WhatsApp, or social media is treated as an initial enquiry and does not automatically create a binding service agreement.
Any initial discussion, estimated price, design suggestion, or approximate timeline may be subject to change after:
Where a site visit or professional consultation requires a fee, we will communicate the applicable charge before arranging the service.
Quotations are prepared based on the information available at the time, including:
Unless otherwise stated, a quotation is valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation.
Prices may need to be revised if:
A project is not confirmed until the required quotation, design, payment, and other applicable project documents have been approved.
Customers must provide complete and accurate information regarding:
Where AL-MODINA takes measurements, those measurements will be used for the agreed scope of work.
Any measurement supplied by the customer, architect, contractor, or another third party remains the responsibility of the person providing it. AL-MODINA will not be responsible for errors, remanufacturing costs, or installation problems caused by incorrect third-party measurements or undisclosed site conditions.
Before manufacturing or installation begins, the customer may be required to approve:
Approval may be provided through a signed document, email, WhatsApp message, digital confirmation, payment, or another agreed method.
Once a design or material selection has been approved, requested changes may result in:
The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all designs, measurements, spellings, dimensions, colours, quantities, and specifications before approval.
Most furniture, cabinetry, storage solutions, and interior elements supplied by AL-MODINA are customized for a particular customer and project location.
Because customized products are made according to approved specifications, they may not be suitable for resale or installation at another property.
After materials have been purchased or manufacturing has begun, cancellation, return, exchange, or refund may be restricted except where:
The total project price and payment schedule will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice, or project agreement.
Depending on the project, payments may include:
The customer must make payments according to the agreed schedule. AL-MODINA may pause design, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, or installation if a required payment becomes overdue.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, additional work, revised designs, extra materials, structural corrections, electrical work, plumbing work, civil work, transportation, special access equipment, or services outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
A project is considered confirmed when the customer has completed the requirements communicated by AL-MODINA, which may include:
AL-MODINA may decline or suspend a project where:
The customer is responsible for:
Delays or additional costs resulting from a failure to meet these responsibilities may be charged to the customer.
We make reasonable efforts to display and supply materials, colours, patterns, textures, and finishes accurately.
However:
Reasonable variations that do not materially affect function, quality, or the approved overall design will not normally be treated as defects.
Where a selected material or item becomes unavailable, we will discuss a reasonably comparable alternative with the customer before substitution.
Any completion, delivery, or installation date is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement.
Project timelines may be affected by:
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and complete the project within a practical timeframe.
The customer must ensure that the project site is accessible and suitable for delivery and installation.
Additional charges may apply where:
The customer or an authorized representative should be available during delivery, installation, inspection, and handover.
Any work not specifically included in the approved quotation will be treated as additional work.
Additional work may include:
Additional work may require written approval, revised pricing, and an extended timeline before it begins.
Cancellation requests must be submitted as early as possible in writing through email, WhatsApp, or another agreed communication channel.
Because many projects involve customized design, material procurement, and manufacturing, any refund will depend on the stage of the project.
AL-MODINA may deduct reasonable amounts already incurred for:
Once customized manufacturing has started, the advance or other payments may be non-refundable to the extent that costs have already been incurred.
Any approved refund will be processed through an agreed method within a reasonable period. No refund will be issued for properly completed work that matches the approved design, specification, and project agreement, except where required by applicable law.
The customer or an authorized representative should inspect the work during completion or handover.
Any visible concern should be reported as soon as reasonably possible and should include:
Minor adjustment work identified during handover may be recorded in a completion or snag list and addressed within a reasonable period.
Use of the completed furniture or space without reporting a visible issue may be treated as acceptance of the work, subject to any applicable warranty or legal rights.
Any warranty provided by AL-MODINA will be limited to the scope and duration stated in the quotation, invoice, warranty document, or written project agreement.
A warranty may not apply to damage caused by:
Where a valid manufacturing or installation defect is confirmed, AL-MODINA may, depending on the circumstances, repair, adjust, replace, or provide another appropriate remedy.
Warranty service does not automatically include transportation, dismantling, rebuilding, finishing, or third-party work unless expressly stated.
